Came in to get a battery for my husqvarna lawnmower I purchased from them several years ago. They had one and now I’m back cutting grass. Great service and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.

So have bought several hundreds of dollars worth if parts for my commercial diesel engine at this exact store. Tried to return an oil filter wrench bought at another store that was rhe wrong size...never used, original package with receipt, and the store owner refused to take back a $29 return for me, because " I bought it at a company store and not his". NAPA undergoes class returns 2 times per year, meaning they could return it for credit in several weeks. But evidently, the loyalty I demonstrated as a customer in the past, earned no consideration for the $30 the owner would have to credit back. Will not be back to this store in Demopolis due to the shortsighted ownership.

This place went far above what a normal parts store would do. I had an issue with my lawnmower, and over the phone they worked me through the issue and solved the problem. They had the part, an easy fix, and I could finish mowing. Quick in and out purchase.
