Got stuck in a parking lot, fresh laid loose gravel, and just needed a push about 3 feet. This gravel lot is right behind the Wendy's 0.3 miles away. They gave me a quote of over $1000! I waited til one of the trucks I was blocking needed out. The fellow trucker pushed me 3 whole feet for free! If I'm ever in need of a tow I know who I'll never call.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a blow out at 11:35am on the highway less than 4 miles away from them and needed to be towed 2 miles past their shop. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them and put on hold over 10 times before they charged me $477 for the tow. 20 minutes later called back and said I had to pay an additional $250 or they wouldn't come but at this point I had been waiting for 3 hours so I paid it and it still took then another hour and a half to get to me so I was on the side of the road for 6 hours before they got to me..absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced in my life, they shouldn't even be in business, I'd rather walk next time!

Granted, that I understand that businesses get busy, I called to get a tow because I broke down whilst driving to the coast. I was told that the tow truck would be there in approximately 45 minutes. After I had waited for an hour and a half, I called and asked what the ETA was. I was informed that they would not be able to get to my car until the next day. It was only 2:45p.m. Luckily, I was able to "limp" my car to the nearest hotel.
