Omg I feel like these guys are family now...my wife and kids were in an auto accident on our way home from vacation and they towed our car here ...I called and spoke with Mr Levi and he was so helpful and showed much concern even offered to stay open late so I could get our belongings out of our totaled car. I arrived the next day at opening and he was waiting with his partner to assist me. His partner (and I Apologize for forgetting his name) went above and beyond to help me get the trunk open with a crowbar and even got a nearby neighbor to help not only collect our belongings but the neighbor donated a camper to go on top the car so we could put all our belongings inside. Look at God...when i offered them money...They would only accept a handshake and a much needed thank you so much. Thank God there are still good men on this earth.

They locked my keys in my car then since he couldnt put the car in neutral tried to "bounce" it off. And then proceeded to charge me 200 bucks

Office lady was very rude and unprofessional. Charged 6 days storage when vehicle was there for 3. Cut the battery cable to my bike instead of undoing battery. Bike was layed on ground instead of set up on kick stand. No respect for the customer at all!! Who ever the lady is in office needs to be fired! Horrible experience. Highly recommend another towing company !!!!!!!!
