Dispatcher was calm and straightforward, gave a clear ETA, and the driver got there without making her wait too long alone on the side of the road. they texted me afterward saying he was totally professional and they felt safe the whole time. For a young woman alone at night waiting for a tow, that's what counts most.

What I want to say about Interstate Hale Towing is that they treated the whole situation like it was routine, which honestly is exactly what I needed. My car died near the Eastdale area on a Tuesday and I was already dreading the whole process of finding a company, getting a price, waiting, wondering if they'd actually show up. Every one of those things went smoothly. They answered right away, the quote was clear, the driver arrived within the window they gave me, and the price didn't change. I've had bad experiences before where the quote and the invoice were two different conversations. That didn't happen here.
