We forgot to replace the tire iron in the vehicle after cleaning out our truck and of course had a tire blow on us. Called for roadside tire change service on our f350 and the woman who answered the call literally spent more than 12 minutes collecting information before she would answer any questions. Then once she had the serial numbers for my third born child's wisdom teeth, we had to go through the gps location process so she could I could read her our coordinates after I told her at least 4 times we are literally sitting under the northbound exit 173 sign. I was so frustrated by this point that when she finally got around to answering how long and how much, I hung up on them for wanting $500 for a tire change when we had the spare and it would be 60 minutes for the to get there. Can't tell you how good their roadside service is, could be a great outfit. But there are plenty other options for the price and I would put anyone I didn't like through that customer service call. By comparison, the company we did finally have come out spent about 3 minutes on the phone with me, was there in 25 minutes and had the tire changed in 15 minutes for $150. Stay safe!
