Emmitt was very kind and helpful. Has a big smile and big heart. After visiting family, I was headed home on a 100 mile trip. My car stopped working at a half way point out in the country. He brought my car from the break down (was the alternator) location to the repair shop ,..about 58 miles. He also shared with the repair shop all of the information he had surmised, and he was right. We have Triple AAA, and he was booked through them. Because we have Triple AAA , we didn’t have to pay anything. I would definitely recommend Emmitt. He takes his work seriously.

I'd give no stars if I could. We had this company coming out to pick us up on the side of 85. My husband had been on the side of the road since 6am. Finally after getting through and booked we were given a 20 minute estimate to arrive around 10:20. It was then pushed another 20 mins to 10:40. This is all fine scheduling happens. However at 11:00 we still haven't seen a tow truck so we start calling to no answer. Texting the driver trying to get an answer, no answer. Finally by the third call, the driver BLOCKED OUR NUMBER. We called the main office and they stated they decided to pick up a different tow without informing us. Quite literally the most unprofessional experience I've heard of. Ended up calling Taylor Towing who was much more responsive and reliable to come get us. We wiill never use Tow it all again.

Was stuck on 85 when my alternator went out and had our baby with us and Emmitt gave all of us a ride while towing our car to the nearest parts store. He was very friendly and helpful thanks a lot!
