ZERO STARS - Amateur quality work, careless and lousy customer service: Our NEW truck was damaged by dealer and they arranged repair with Caliber. 1. Lousy paint job with dozens of fish-eyes, hazy areas, obvious paint seams; 2. Josh said truck was “done” but left inside filthy in white dust & had not reinstalled all parts. 3. Parked new truck (new cap) against tree branches, scratching it. 4. Parked outside with snow-rain in forecast with window belt missing and no effort to prevent water intrusion to inside the door - risk of mold, rust and damage to door electronics. And their response (Chloe?): “we said sorry, hope you have a better day”. No interest at all in customer or treating our new $$$ truck with any care. Owned by a private equity firm and got an obvious “we don’t really care” auto reply to this review. They only care that they got your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Josh was very professional and friendly and gave me a good estimate and explained what parts were going to be replaced and what the timing of the repair would be. He also told me they would need to recalibrate the lane assist function and the cost. Everything came in on time and my car looks great.

I can’t say enough great things about Caliber Collision! Recently someone hit my truck in the bumper, and I brought it here for repairs. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional. Sarah at the front desk is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful—she made the whole process so smooth. But I especially want to highlight Josh, the technician who repaired my truck. He is truly skilled, smart, and extremely knowledgeable. He took such great care of my vehicle that you would never believe it had been hit. The truck looks absolutely brand new! This is actually the second time one of my trucks has been hit, and both times I came to Caliber Collision. Both times, they delivered outstanding work. Their quality, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. Thank you to the whole team for going above and beyond.
