We had a very poor experience with the driver from this towing company. While we were waiting and actively monitoring his location, the driver stopped at a nearby grocery store and took an extended break, significantly delaying our service. When he resumed driving, he was slow, rude, and highly unprofessional. We had already informed both the driver and the company - twice - that the delivery address shown was incorrect. Despite this, he still drove to the wrong location, forcing us to follow him and redirect him ourselves. When corrected, the driver became aggressive and threw a temper tantrum. He explicitly refused to accept directions from a woman (coming from a Haitian man doesn’t surprise us) which made the interaction uncomfortable and inappropriate. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, he behaved immaturely, took everything personally, and escalated the situation. At one point, he even threatened to dump the car, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, this was an extremely stressful and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this company based on our interaction with this driver.

I would give zero stars if I could! This driver was playing with another truck and almost ran me and my grandkids and my daughter off the road! I beeped my horn and they just continued to act like 16 yr olds who just got their license! Putting people of our community at risk of crashing I guess for their business!

I had a extremely disappointing experience with this towing company. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Instead of offering any help or basic courtesy, they spoke to me with an attitude and acted as if I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions about the situation. Their lack of customer service, respect, and communication made an already stressful situation even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of towing services out there that treat people with basic decency — unfortunately, this one does not.
