Absolutely so grateful!!! After being in a car accident and my car being totaled... This company and its staff have been so kind and above and beyond helpful!!! From the tow driver consoling me at the scene of the accident to Rachel at the desk being so incredibly helpful with giving me a hand to empty the contents of my car and trying to help me remove my surf racks. Need to a little compassion &’professionalism. Nasty attitude & insistence that a police report that matches our ID isn’t sufficient to prove ownership. So my husband now has cuts on his hands from foraging through a car that was a total loss, flipped twice, and was filled with broken glass to find the registration. Traumatic enough without dealing with this. But we had no choice in what business was involved so, it is what it us.
