P & J Towing does the most! Was having an issue with my starter and Joshua made the towing process smooth and flawless. Double checked that my battery still had juice before towing it to my usual mechanic, and made sure to update me with pictures once my car was safely in their lot. Super respectful, friendly, communicative and made quick time of it all. If I'm ever in a bind, I hope my roadside assistance pairs me up with these guys again.

Truck wouldn’t start and had to get it to a repair shop ASAP. State Farm hooked me up with P and J, and Joshua came out quickly. He kept me apprised of the ETA and when he got to me, he picked up and got on the road to the shop. He’s friendly and professional, knows what he’s doing and was training someone else simultaneously. If you’re in the area and need a truck, call these guys. Good people!

Had some issues with rental car that would not start at all. I called the rental company few times and they were not helpful. Castello showed ready to tow the rental car and he had the wrong information about my rental. The castello was great, calling the rental company himself, arguing with the rental car representative to make sure I would get what I paid for. I gave castello a nice tip and he texted me personally thanking me. That’s what I called customer service.
