A great experience with Hardcore towing. My truck decided to break a heater hose at a gas station in Niceville, FL while headed to an appointment. No towing service available at the time. I live in Milton, FL, about 45 miles away and have emergency road service coverage through my insurance. Contacted them and they recommended Hardcore Towing. I have used them in years past and had good service. The call to them went very well and everything explained clearly. Within an hour, James showed-up and things went great. Very pleasant and friendly young man. Rode with him to Firestone in Milton and dropped my truck off there to start the repair. James dropped me by my house on his way back to Crestview. I can’t say enough good things about this experience. James went far above and beyond what I expected. Not only did he arrive quickly and handle my vehicle with great care, but he also took the time to help diagnose the issue instead of just loading it up and leaving. He walked me through what he was checking, explained things clearly, and genuinely cared about helping me understand what was going on. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, knowledge, and kindness the way he did. What could have been a really stressful situation turned into a much smoother experience thanks to him.
