Lance saved the trip. Sounded like a bad starter on older Df300. Was trying to expedite an after market starter to get me up and running fast. Went to pull starter and realized the stator magnets genaded. Pulled flywheel, stator, and a sensor. He matched the parts from older motors at a great price. Motor fixed, no bad starter. Way to go Lance! Great customer service

Lived in the lower Keys the last seven years, past by the business a million times and it always caught my eye. A couple of years ago, I picked up two new Suzuki 250’s and been babying them since. When I saw Boyz and their Toyz was an authorized Suzuki shop, I decided to give them a try on my annual engine maintenance. First of all, let’s talk about the professionalism and customer service I experienced. Lance was more than accommodating with my schedule, as he met with me on a Saturday, secured my boat, and stayed in contact with me throughout the week. Finished the work in a timely manner, correctly diagnosed an issue with my engines, and once again, met with me on a Saturday for me to pick the boat up. Boat is running like a champ!! The customer service alone would have been enough; but coupled with the fair pricing, Boyz and their Toyz have earned a life long customer!!
