Didn’t end up needing a tow this time, but I spoke with Kecia (the manager) and she was super helpful and really nice. She took the time to explain things and didn’t make me feel rushed. That alone says a lot about the company. I’ll definitely be calling them first if I ever need a tow in the future.

I called translating for a friend because her vehicle was impounded. I contacted the sheriffs office and they told me to call them. Arranged a pick up time for the vehicle. She immediately asked if anyone spoke English and I told her no that's why I was calling to translate, but if needed I could be on the phone when they picked the vehicle up. My friend arrived to pick her vehicle up and this lady was so mad and yelling because my friend did not speak English. I definitely do not recommend someone so rude and racist!! How can anyone be so rude around holiday season. I honestly did not hire them but I will definitely never hire and don't recommend to anyone!!
