I was in dire need of finding a shop that could repair my Mercedes that occurred out of the blue and of course it was right before New Years Eve. A friend referred me to German Cars of Sarasota. From the moment I walked in, they were extremely attentive and actually made the time to help me, given they were so busy, but squeezed me in to check my car/diagnose it and came back to me and said they were going to send someone to go get a part to see if they could fix the problem that day. I was so grateful that they made such an effort knowing I was not a returning customer and new. So they did what they could but unfortunately could not fix my car at that time due to my car having more issues that they were not aware of, but took it on as a challenge to figure it out. This company is so dedicated to helping people, they had me come back after the weekend and said they were determined to find out what the issue was and guess what…they figured it out and the extraordinary support and attention they gave was truly appreciated. This is a family business and they are truly trustworthy and really care! I recommend them to any one in the Sarasota area who is in need of any type of repair on a German car and the prices are extremely fair. Kudos to them and their human values and thoughtfulness. This is a rare find in this area!

The staff at German Cars was fantastic. They did a wonderful job repairing my new to me 1996 SL Mercedes hydraulic top. They were very accommodating with several requests that I had made along the way. I would highly recommend them for any work on your Mercedes, Porsche or BMW.
