As other reviewers have mentioned, the process for home delivery between this vendor and Napa corporate is fundamentally broken. This shop does not participate in home delivery— you will be left waiting for your part until you come and pick it up. Quite frustrating, will not be ordering from Napa again.

I placed a delivery order to my home. The store did not deliver, did not plan to deliver, and did not contact me to say they would not deliver. After waiting all day on the promised delivery date, I called to ask when to expect my order. They first told me that the order was for in-store pickup (it wasn't), then told me that they don't deliver to residential addresses (even though the website explicitly says they do), and then told me that if I called the next day they might work something out (why not find a solution while I'm on the phone with them now). Clearly part of the problem is that NAPA's website offers delivery but doesn't require the stores to actually deliver. But there's no reason why the store can't contact customers who place those orders to tell us what's going on, and no excuse for lying to customers when they call.

I had an amazing experience at this location more than once! they goes above and beyond to try to help you find the parts you need, and if they don't have it in stock they will find it and order it for you. The staff is super friendly and the manager knows his stuff! I definitely recommend coming here if you want good quality Parts without getting ripped off
