Will is an absolute superhero! My mother blew her rear tire while coming around a corner on the freeway, ending up, spun out and stuck in the mud in a gully. Will was able to locate us regardless of my terrible directions. He was friendly, great customer service went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe and my mom and daughter were able to get home. That young man is a wonderful representation of your company. I hope you keep him around a while And give him a raise!! I will definitely call Mary’s if I’m ever in need again! Thank you will!!

They towed a car that was parked in a valid spot for 30 minutes, they’re working with apartments to make money, and they charged 500$ to get the car out of impound. This is actually robbery and they have no reason to why they towed the car. Damaged cars underside as well.

Illegally towed my car. Had to pay $1300 to get it out. she charged me for an extra whole day of towing because i got there at 12:01pm. $150 extra because you stored my car for one minute, really!? Rip off, scam artists. the 711 i got towed at didn’t have a sign near the entrance at all saying anything about towing. i showed the lady at the desk my photos and she pulled up their photos and she completely ignored the fact it was an illegal tow. She also wouldn’t lower the price or cut us any slack at all! So annoying. I am currently filing with the courts because i want my money back.
