I was looking for a bumper cover for 2001 Toyota RAV4 and must have called a dozen wrecking yards. 410 said they didn't have the part either, but unlike everybody else, they said they could get it for me. Turned out it was a great price so when it arrived I drove down from the Seattle area to pick it up. The guy carried it out to my car and loaded it for me and when I asked him whether I should replace the clips, he said yeah sometimes those things are one use. Why don't we see if we have any in the yard. So he takes me to the yard. Finds a banged up bumper carrys it back to the shop and pulls the old clips off and gives them to me. Didn't charge me a dime more than I'd paid for the OEM bumper. All of my interactions with them over the phone and in person were amazing. Highly recommend.
