Needing a tow can be stressful but once I got connected with Kenan at Arrow and Hook Towing I knew I was on the right path. He was a great communicator and gave me clear expectations on timing which were spot on. Once arriving he quickly hooked the car up and was on his way. Arrow & Hook crew is THE BEST! I was dealing with an emotional, stressful haul away of a heavy, non running non donate-able conversion van that I’d been trying to handle for over 3 YEARS! I was recommended to A&H by another company that they’d done a great job for and in less than a week, my clunker was gone!!! The driver was so kind and empathetic and did a fantastic job! Seamless, professional and most importantly kind service. Very fair pricing and clear communication. I had to have my car towed from a dealership to a specialty mechanic so I was not present during the loading/unloading making it a little more stressful.
