FYI- In Texas, if a tow company refuses to release your vehicle after you offer payment, they are violating state law. Do not ask for towing from them, they're very unprofessional I went to pick up my car and they told me I have to call an hr before but no where does this say this which I screen shot their entire website. What it is, is he wants me to come back in an hr cause possibly if it turns 12pm he will more than likely try to charge me another day. However he has already quoted me a price. If I am there to pick up my vehicle and paying what I owe why treat your customer like trash. The tow company doesn't assume anyone would take them to court, you withheld my vehicle after we were already waiting, then tell me I have to call ahead of time which doesn't show on their website communicating this. Also how many video footages I have of their tow trucks speeding through dacy lane during a school zone in front of Chapa at the cross walk. Yes, I record you all ever time. If I was arguing about what I had to pay I would understand, yet I am wanting my vehicle have the money and the workers here are rude, be sure to always record when coming into this location and be sure your calls are always recorded as mine were so when you contact the better business bureau, you have proof.

Mr. Armada is really a stand up guy. I was upset about my car being towed and how some of the pick up was processed. Mr. Armada reached out heard my complaints and just went above and beyond to not only help me but just show me human kindness i really needed. Towing staff is always a little gruff but the owner being the kind of person to take a little extra time to help me made a huge difference. Thank you again to Mr. Armada who gave me a little extra understanding when I really needed it
