So let me start off by saying that calling a tow truck company is never really easy; you don’t know the prices and the prices you do find out seem to be extremely high — but that was not the case when I called Always Towing. First, I was greeted by a friendly voice by the name of Daryl. Daryl’s calm tone and excellent customer service skills made me feel like I was a VIP. Fast forward, Darryl took the lead and proceeded to ask the necessary questions that usually would sound like someones reading from a script but not in this case. This felt more personable. Darryl told me every single price point of what the total would cost and then some. Darryl also told me where the driver was and how quickly he would get to me. Fast forward again, the price point Darryl told me made me feel so comfortable and I built such an excellent rapport with him in the two minutes of me speaking to him that I automatically booked the towing based off Darryl’s customer service. To say the least, without sounding long-winded, Darryl is an excellent asset to Always Towing. Darryl has taken the time to listen to me and has made me feel comfortable. Darryl answered all my questions without hesitation and expedited the service as if it was his own situation or crisis. For that, I’m always grateful for Darryl. Thank you Darryl for not treating me like another number or another customer or another sale! Thank you for treating me as if I was the first person that walked through the doors and for treating me as if I was the only one left in the world. Thank you for treating me as if you would your own kids, kin, and family. Thank you!

Y’all are some real advantageous individuals. We needed you to tow us to Autonation Ford in Arlington from Midlothian and your guy said his transmission was messed up and couldn’t do it and was calling for a guy in Dallas from your team. That was going to take forever, so we called our people. I know a tow typically includes a 20 mile radius and the dealer was only 23 miles away. So your guy made excuses and charged us a full fee for moving our vehicle down the street from the QT in Midlothian to 515 Murray and then lied on the invoice and said he did take it to the dealer, taking advantage of my 19 year old daughter and charging her a full $150 fee. I guarantee if I was there that wouldn’t have happened. I’ll make sure the world knows about what your company does. My consolation comes from knowing that your daughters will also be taken advantage of.
