This towing company is contracted through our apartment complex, and my experience with their operations has been deeply concerning. On multiple occasions, a patrol employee identified as Bently has parked improperly near residents’ vehicles and then contacted the towing operator, Dannay, to have vehicles towed under questionable circumstances. During the incident involving my vehicle, the employees behaved in an unprofessional and hostile manner. I was subjected to verbal harassment, including derogatory and offensive language, and was threatened with physical harm. Their conduct appeared intimidating and discriminatory. Additionally, law enforcement was contacted by the towing staff, and while waiting for officers to arrive, the towing fee was increased despite the situation being initiated by their own personnel. The behavior displayed by both Bently and Dannay was disrespectful, aggressive, and appeared primarily motivated by financial gain rather than legitimate enforcement of parking policies. I am submitting this complaint so that this matter can be investigated and addressed appropriately.

Today, in Auburn, Washington, I experienced something that should never happen. My car was parked in the visitor parking area of my mobile home complex, and when I went to get it, they tried to tow it away. There was only a 2-day notice, but that’s not even the worst part… They charged me $442 for not even towing my car! Yes, they didn’t even move it. This is not a mistake—it’s outright robbery. Companies like this exploit people in the most cynical and abusive way possible. I can’t even imagine what would have happened if they had actually taken it… the abuse would have been monstrous. This is not a service—it’s licensed theft. Everyone should know: Noffke’s Towing charges like thieves and abuses people without mercy.
