I highly advise that anyone who decides to use this company do so with caution. In the event they make a mistake, rather than actually own the mistake, they will blame you for not catching their mistake, and the owner specifically states that responsibility falls on both parties in any business transaction to ensure no mistakes are made.. But what he means is in the event that it happens it will be you alone as the customer taking the hit for it. Honestly disgusted with the fact here I am for the first time ever leaving a review like this when a resolution could have easily been found. Proceed with caution. Very unprofessional business practices.

"...it seems that any call involving dispatch results in automatic markups, often without the customer being informed beforehand." They justify this by claiming it's a 'dispatch call' subject to state fees and cite a rate of $295 per hour In my case for a three-hour job. However, the location is only 40 minutes away according to mobile maps., the cost was $1124 for a truck needed for just two days, even though their records indicated they were closed on Sunday. Most customers are unaware that dispatch calls incur state fees. I feel this is unfair, especially considering the short distance and time frame."and just so you know for more information you can call the phone number that they have on their website and then push one and you’ll go directly to the dispatchers cell phone thank you very much, Carl and Nick you guys are the best

Carl was amazing! We had gotten one set of duals on our 56 passenger coach bus in a snowed in ditch on a driveway on a Saturday night and were high-centered on the frame, muffler, and resting on the bumper. Carl was efficient, careful, and got us out without damaging the bumper or muffler. I am a volunteer firefighter and have had ample opportunity to observe many tow operators--the good, the bad, and the ugly... Carl is one of the best! I can't speak with any knowledge about their repair business, but I am sure that it is of the same caliber as their towing business and would highly recommend them. Thank you God Fearing Brothers!
