My Ford Edge was rear ended on a trip while visiting family & friends. Since I was not at fault, I used their insurance. I called a few shops in the town closest to me, they were either months out or didnt deal w/ said insurance company, progressive, I had driven by this shop several times, a little farther from our house, but called them anyway, they were familar w/ progressive & said we can get you in, in a few weeks & it will be a process, as progressive does things their way. I had read their reviews & felt confident in trusting them. I am so glad I took my car there, progressive was trying to make me go to one of their approved shops, over 2 hours away, that was very inconvenient for me. & I appreciated their knowledge of dealing with insurance companies & the right to choose your own shop.. My car was done by the end of the week & they communicated w/ me throughout the process. I really appreciate the excellent customer service & attention to detail. I would highly recommend this shop & they really care about their work & customers!! Thank you for making an unpleasant experience, better!!! My car looks fantastic & they hold the insurance companies accountable. I will use this shop in the future if needed & definitely recommend them to others!!

I highly recommend Red Line Finishing. This visit they got me in to fix my headlights and a door-open sensor within a couple days. They had it done within a couple hours and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Every time it rains and/or I'm driving in the dark I think of them and thank them.
