I had to call triple a last night because my tire pressure gage malfunctioned and said I had no pressure in my front tire while I was on the Megler Bridge. The guy who came out from Hills was so nice and helpful. I was already having a pretty horrible day and had just worked a 10 hour shift but he helped make a crappy situation a bit better. He checked and topped off my tires, gave me suggestions as to what it could be and then followed me home to make sure I got there safely. I have never had a bad experience with this company. All their staff goes above and beyond.

WOW, greatest service ever‼️. Frank found a nail in my tire, plugged it, he didn't even seem to mind being in the rain and wind storm. Nice guy‼️. It was less than an hour from when I called them to when he left and I had a fixed tire. Thank you so much, great service ‼️

If I could give zero I would. They advertise 24 hour service I called at 2:18 after looking all over online for someone to help and multiple calls to get pricing for a jumpstart. I could hardly give information he acted like he had no idea what area I was referring to and kept insisting I just needed an estimate. He asked what kind of vehicle. I’ll be honest I may have started to sound exasperated but I pulled into a state park as my car began acting odd and overheating forgot to turn the aux on the car off after I got my phone charged and the battery died. I am 400 miles from home and he decided after my BF in the background said “we just need a cost for a jump bro” George stated “Honestly it’s 2 in the morning and I’m not gonna call one of my guys to dispatch them for a jump. You’ll have to wait until daylight” so here we sit in a cold car I can’t start to keep warm being refused a simple battery jump by a “highly rated local business eager to serve” honestly just pay the $70 +20 enrollment and let AAA help. At least they won’t leave you in the cold. For reference the air is wet and the temp is at best mid 50’s. And I have a medical condition that is exasperated by the cold. Not that he let me explain my situation AT ALL!
