Yeah so the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Whoever picked up the phone was the nicest and best person to communicate with during an unexpected flat tire in the evening 3 hours from home. We politely requested my girlfriend and I to ride home with him and there was no delay in “of course let me make sure my guys have the extended cab”. I believe the fine upstanding gentleman to pick my girlfriend and I up was named Brad and he was the over the top professional. Don’t let me forget, called at 6:50pm and arrived 50 minutes from first contact when I was 35 minutes away and let us know he was en route. Easily the best experience in the worst situation with the best outcome possible. Easily will be calling again the next time I am jammed. These guys were legit the easiest business I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Jake at EJ Towing was phenomenal. He arrived within an hour and ended up spending the time fixing my truck at a remote cabin instead of just towing it off to wait in a shop for weeks on end. He even called back twice to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. 10/10 service and professionalism.
