Called Parts dept. Didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Cald on a specific device for mopar only, tone wheel check tool. Didn't seem interested in making a sale or helping a customer. At least Rairdons is looking into it for me. Good job Parts dept DLane, a little phone etiquette and courtesy ?

I have been doing maintenance here. In April, there was engine vibration and many parts were replaced, which cost over $2000.However, the cause was not found and the engine was said to be broken. They requested a replacement. I found the cause of the shaking in another small store: It was a faulty of the timing chain selenoid on the driver side Sensor .This store has no maintenance capability at all.
