Spike was incredibly kind and steady when my car broke down on the freeway near Kelso. From the very beginning, his calm demeanor made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing and helped me understand my options without pressure. Although the outcome wasn’t what I’d hoped — my car had reached the end of its life — I felt confident in the decision because of his expertise and the care he showed in walking me through it. That kind of grounded, respectful support made a big difference during a difficult moment. He was also very helpful in coordinating the tow, receiving the car, and getting it properly diagnosed. As an added bonus, the shop is just a couple of blocks from the train station, which made it easy for me to continue my journey home. I’m genuinely grateful for the way Spike handled the situation.
