So I'm new to Longview and I was having issues with my car I was highly recommend to go to M.R. Auto and I gotta say with out a doubt THIS IS THE BEST AUTO SHOP!!! They treat you so right!! Thierry work is spot on!! Very timely effective, affordable and HONEST shop! I'll forever go to them I REALLY do APPRECIATE them ots so hard as a woman to get what they offer! I had an incredible experience here at MR Auto, I came in to get some dash work lights taken care of and to get a check over of my new used car to make sure there wasn't anything amiss and the mechanic was a really nice guy who talked me through what he was doing, why the lights were going off and how to fix it. He then adjusted my headlights and did the same thorough process on helping understand what was wrong with them, what needed to be done and then he didn't charge me for all the help he gave me! I will be taking all my cars to him, it was a great experience customer wise and he seems like a really good person in other aspects as well. Thank you MR Auto
