Doc took incredible care of my car after another shop failed to properly replace my alternator. When he observed the previous shop placed a poor quality alternator in my car he contacted them and assisted us in negotiating and getting the prior shop to cover costs. He was also more than happy to help with topping off my tire with air and ensuring my car had proper fluids before leaving on a long road trip. I cannot recommend him enough!

The first mechanic I’ve ever been to in my life: Doc’s auto shop. I recently got my license and doc was recommended to me by a friend who’s been going to Doc for years. I knew nothing about cars, nothing. Now? I know most things under my hood, I know how to bargain, I know business is business. Doc not only took his time answering my questions, but he welcomed them! He explained everything in detail and let me look for myself. Not very many genuine hardworking people out there, if you need anything car related this is the only place you need to be. Affordable rates isn’t even the word! I am extremely appreciative to now know this gem of an auto shop run by Doc. Go here, don’t hesitate!

I’ve had a lot of car trouble in the past half year, including my lack of car knowledge, lack of maintenance on a car, issues caused by other shops who have worked on my car, getting a new (used) car, and more. Doc has helped me through all of it. Timing was flexible, anything done on the car was explained to me, and I have learned more about how to take care of my car. The way Doc talks about cars and does his work motivated me to do my own research and learn whatever might be applicable. While I wouldn’t want more car trouble, I look forward to more of Doc’s services in the future. Having car trouble is much less stressful now. Thank you very much!
