Never help with wat I need will call and get a yes on the phone then show up and tell me no don't understand ?? do it or not geez waste of time almost everytime don't offer some kinda service then don't do it

We walked in and the 2 employees just stared at us till my husband asked who could help him. Very unprofessional. Transaction was quick tho. I just don't understand why customer service people don't have people skills.
