Ty came to our rescue when our SUV got stuck in deep snow up in the Cascades! He was very responsive and had great communication over phone call/text, and even came back to look for us when we missed each other on his first drive through the mountain pass. He came well-prepared with good shovels, snow chains, and kitty litter and we spent a couple hours digging out the snow from under our car together. It could have been even faster if we were more descriptive of our snow situation (he has multiple types of tow trucks, and could have brought a better suited one). We deeply valued his expertise and calm, clear instructions/leadership to successfully get our car out. We safely drove all the way home and our car had no damage. Thanks so much Ty!!

We were up in the mountains when our fuel pump failed, a 6 hour drive from our mechanic and home, a 4 hour drive to the nearest car rental - with no easily apparent solutioons to our problem. After many calls, we were fortunate to find Ty the Tow Guy, with Classic Towing, ID# 796, who came to our rescue. With his extensive knowledge of the business and the area, Ty had information about where we could rent a car, helped us with the AAA process of getting our car towed, and constantly kept in contact with us until we had a plan for resolving our dilemma, then took care of everything in an efficient, thoughtful, and professional manner.
