My husband took my car to get my control arm replaced and was originally told 250$ granted an estimate is just that an estimate. He was there for 10-15 minutes after they took the car back and once he left they called and told him the 250 est was now a 375 estimate. The fishy part is that he called jacks back to be told the estimate was 263$ and not the 375 he was JUST told. A good 100$ less than what they just called and was quoted at within 30 minutes. Just for him to pick it up and be 294 after tax. Listen to the yelp reviews. We skipped on the alignment due to sketchiness and untrustworthiness and chose the dealership to say the least. In the future we won’t be going back. Any business where the employees have to leave reviews to boost the amount of stars is a red flag. (Edit: I added the ss of the yelp review left by an employee. Also when I called myself I was told the same things for the car would be 375$ to get a control arm that I purchased my self to be put on the car, so 375$ for labor and I guess the 10$ for their supplies. alignment cost not included in that. Customers beware)

We were stranded in town due to a sudden cylinder misfire issue. Jacks was able to get us in and out within 24 hours. Obviously this can't always be guaranteed but we appreciated the help on short notice! Mike was also very knowledgeable and happy to take the time and go into detail about all the work done, and all the things to look out for in the future with our truck. Its clear they have a great team here and communication was great. Thanks again to everyone at Jacks Auto for their help!

I called Jack’s auto on Tuesday, they were able to get my car in by Wednesday and had it done by Friday. They were fast friendly and honest. Jack went the extra mile to make sure I fully understood all the repairs they had done. I highly recommend this locally owned family run auto shop!
