Our car broke down on the way back over the pass to head back to Stanwood. Not only did they help us, but they went above and beyond. They explained how they could help and were honest. Truly took the stress out of a stressful situation and treated us like a million dollars. Even making sure 100% that we had a tow and a plan to get home 3 hours away! Not to mention it is a holiday weekend. To say the least I was super impressed. Good people, amazing service, and a true care to help others.

I highly recommend using E&M. It feels like they are always bending over backwards for me! I had a tune up a few days ago and Bre (one of the owners) drove me to work after I dropped my car off and then when the job was complete they dropped my car off at my work because they were leaving early for the day. It's only a few blocks away but HOW SWEET.. They are just such kind and genuine people!

I have a cold air return chip on my 93 Ranger and they refused to work on my truck claiming it had been "modified". Charged me $100 for doing essentially nothing. Would not recommend them
