This store doesn’t care about customer service. Twice I went there for advertised services that they either charge for (others don’t) or don’t provide the service their website and state reference for recycling, states they do. When I did call the owner he wanted to talk about other things and just give me excuses. I don’t care what the reason or excuse is, just fix the issue. I don’t work for your company. Those are your issues to deal with, not mine. Then, when Steve couldn’t actually have a conversation anymore about the issue at hand, he wanted to complain about me and somehow make this my fault. Terrible management of the store. Do not shop here. They suck and don’t understand the concepts of customer service. There are other places in town that don’t mislead you about their services and are locally owned.
