Friendly customer service and excellent explanation of what was required to repair my vehicle. Great communication as the process went along. When the job was completed, I was escorted to my vehicle and given a breakdown of the steps necessary to achieve the final result. I was delighted that my car looked as good as new and the inside had been vacuumed also!
