Earl came out to help us while we were stranded in Chehalis, he got us squared away really quickly and was super helpful showing my husband some diagnostic fixes for in the future. We were a little down the freeway when the check engine light came on AGAIN… Earl was quick to offer to turn around and meet us at the next exit we could stop at that was the opposite direction! He took a look and even followed us to our exit off the freeway in case there was another issue! We are really impressed with his care and empathy of our situation and we will be keeping his number for the future!

I had been looking everywhere to get my kenworth in I just needed to find out what codes were active so I could troubleshoot them appropriately this shop got me in on Monday before Thanksgiving when I called Friday this was amazing and Lew helped me pull codes he was great and helpful everyone affiliated with this business was great I will be going back for anything I need to keep my truck on the road hauling loads. Thank you to everyone for the help again!!!

This shop saved my day! With my daughters and dog in tow on our way home from camping on the hottest day, we had a dangerous issue and rolled into West Coast an hour before closing. They even drove to get the parts just to get us back home! I usually do my own work and could tell that not only were they kind and hard working but very experienced and knowledgeable. I only wished we lived nearby! Can’t recommend enough! Our girl-mobile was back on the road in an hour! Thank you Earl and Crew!!
