They went above and beyond for me! I was jet-lagged after being out East for a week, my flight home was delayed, I slept 4 hours the night before and had just finished a 15 hour shift at the hospital when 2 miles from home my car broke down. I called Audi Roadside Assist and they dispatched Quick Tow Seattle. Now, the Roadside Assist is a nice benefit, but it was a Saturday night at 11:30 PM and I was at the end of my rope. Quick Tow Seattle, was able to coordinate with me so I didn't have to wait on the side of I-90 in the cold for hours with cars and trucks screaming by at 75-80 mph. We made our arrangements and when I awoke in the morning, everything was taken care of as promised: the car was safely at the dealer, I was well rested and it all went smoothly! They even texted photos of the car upon delivery. Words cannot express my gratitude for the service they provided - truly a blessing when I was on the brink of losing my mind! Thank you! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

This is guy is amazing, super fast and reliable. I was stuck on the side of the highway after my clutch blew and he came by and had my truck lifted in 5min, We had a great conversation to drop my truck off and I would highly recommend working with him.

Quick pickup and wonderfully helpful. We lost a tire and were stuck, but Jas showed up quickly and got us back home faster than we were used to (other places can take hours). Very much recommend him for being fast, courteous, and helpful.
