I scheduled to have my timing belt replaced on my 2002 Tacoma about a month ago, my appointment was for today they asked me to drop off my vehicle at 8-8:30am 3 days before so I dropped it off at 8am (that’s when they open) and I was quoted for 4 hours and they had not pulled my truck in at 11am when I drove past running errands and my husband saw it parked in the same spot on his way home from work at 3pm. I called and asked for an update and was told it was a “workin progress” and that Rob was on a test drive and they would call me back when he got back. I waited until almost 5pm and no call back, so I went to get my keys and was informed he was still not back and didn’t know where he was and I didn’t hear back from him until 7pm after they were closed letting me know that he was behind and they would fit me in whenever worked best for me. He also let me know that even though I was quoted for 4 hours it was a 6 and a half hour job so I’m not sure how accurate my quote was. I took today off work so I could actually drop it off and pick it up. I understand falling behind but I would have appreciated a courtesy call letting me know it couldn’t be done today so a day wasn’t wasted waiting for it to be picked up.

Dropped truck off on Thursday 4th of june called daily to check and see if they found my oil leak they constantly told me that they have "driven it" with dye in the oil to try and locate the leak finaly on june 10th i went down there to pick up my truck after being told daily there was no leak. When i arrived i paid 180 dollars for the dye and a new battery i never asked for and after a whopping 20min drive home no oil
