Make sure to ask about hidden fees. Was told there was NOT going to be a diagnostic fee and then when I chose not to have the work done (because I couldn’t afford it at the time), there was a suddenly a diagnostic fee. I specifically asked in the first place because a diagnostic fee is typical and was told it would be easy to find my coolant leak so there wouldn’t be a diagnostic fee.
