Car decided not to work on I 94. Called AAA and they sent out M&M. Driver was Steve and he was awesome! Took great care not to cause any harm to my classic car. Dropped it off in the garage for me. Now that is skill! Thanks again Steve. I highly recommend M&M.

I never imagined I would say, the day my car broke down and was stranded in the middle of nowhere, a day I hope to never forget. My dad and I were driving from Michigan to Denver when the plug to my oil tank completely fell off. I didn't consider road tripping on a holiday weekend an issue. I regret saying we called AAA, Subaru, among others for help and everyone offered us few options. My dad informed me he found someone who would pick us up and he said he had a really good feeling about this guy. Little did I know what I was in for. Mark from Zielke towing was a literal angel. I had a real life Bruce Almighty, is this Morgan Freeman moment. He was a sigh of relief the moment he arrived. Mark assured me that he was going to do everything possible to get us back on the road and boy did he. Not only was the towing experience beyond, he took us to Zielke's repair shop where he got to work on my car immediately. Before that, we was hot on the phone calling people to problem shoot my car issue and figure out solutions. ON A SUNDAY and HOLIDAY WEEKEND another employee or possible owner of the shop, swung by with his kids in car and delegated a solution. It was one of the most phenomenal experiences I've had in my life. I had little hope we would continue our journey home but within a hour or two we were well on our way. It gave my dad and I something to talk about on repeat for 20 hours. They literally saved us. The only down side to the experience is I live in Denver and that I can't regularly visit these guys and have my car worked on by them. I still regret not giving Mark a big hug. He gave me so much more than a safe car that got me home but instilled that there are still good people out in the world just wanting to help each other. Because of Mark I will continue to pay it forward many times over. Mark went above and beyond and had me smiling throughout the entire experience. He not only showed me how he fixed the problem but taught me a lot about my car and how to demand good quality work, which can be hard if you're a girl! If your car is going to break down, fingers crossed it's near Benton Harbor so you can call Zielke's and experience Mark's spirit. Fast friendly and helpful service. Very professional. On time. They even offered to come a little later with no hesitation because i didnt have the title ready. They even paid me more for the vehicle than other places were offering. Hands down the best place I've ever dealt with to scrap a vehicle.

The guy (didn’t catch his name) was also super helpful the entire time, extremely responsive, and was even understanding/accommodating when I forgot the title and had to run home. Definitely a pleasant experience and I would absolutely recommend working with them.

I recently bought a car from this location, and weeks later the alternator went out. Luckily it was under their warranty. They brought the car (Mercedes) to a non professional repair shop and went my vehicle was returned the audio was completely out. By the time I bought my car and could actually drive it was about a month and a half. Their service receptionist was very rude but the rest of the employees did not give me a hard time. I will never buy a car from this company again.

I needed a car sold for junk Saturday, this company offered me a very fair offer and paid me as said, if your car is complete they will be very honest about it and pay you in full, I highly recommend them.

Called them up about a spare tire to replace mine because it's too rickety. The guy tells me he's going to go look into it, call back in 15 minutes. I call back in 25 minutes to give them some time. He proceeds to answer the phone and pretend that we've never talked, and he, "don't know about no spare tire". Then he acts like he is some other person, even though he had a unique voice, and it was definitely the same guy. What a clown show of a junk yard.
