Tell me I would receive it no later than Tuesday, now it's Thursday at the end of the day, but you know what that's what they said about Wednesday, I'm kind of wondering it's going to be here by the time I move this weekend

Called them up about a spare tire to replace mine because it's too rickety. The guy tells me he's going to go look into it, call back in 15 minutes. I call back in 25 minutes to give them some time. He proceeds to answer the phone and pretend that we've never talked, and he, "don't know about no spare tire". Then he acts like he is some other person, even though he had a unique voice, and it was definitely the same guy. What a clown show of a junk yard.
