Jean-Guys is a top shelf service provider. Called looking for a wiper arm for my 08 Great , they not only had one but they went out to the yard to remove it and have it ready on the counter. Total charge was $20, an incredible bargain. Great guys.

In a crunch, a friend that just purchased a truck DESPERATELY needed tires. The rubber was literally coming off as he was driving. Upon his arrival to Lambert's he was referred to a shop across the street that could help him with getting two tires, in a jiffy, at the smaller repair shop Lambert's down the road, Rochester....he bought the tires, and then went to the third referred stop, for the guys to put the tires on his truck at a place down the street called "Low Budget Auto Sales," they were quick to help and got it done. My friend was able to have peace of mind, due to a positive domino effect beginning with Lamberts. So, kudos to all parties that assisted in such a short notice for somebody in need. Thanks guys.

worst experience ever with my car! headlights for my acura didnt work & they refused to refund my money or try to find me another set. besides the rude & uncaring treatment by the wife on the phone, when i went there in person the owner, Tom, also rude & uncaring, was blatantly staring at my chest the entire time that he was talking to me. gave me the creeps. highly highly recommend to never do business with these people!

What a positive experience! Drove in from over 3 hours away for an engine and Tucker did not disappoint. It was priced extremely well and when we arrived it was on a forklift waiting for us. He even gave us shade tree mechanics excellent advice and pointers. Would not hesitate to drive up again if the need arises. Thanks for the engine!

I had to finish a job late on July 3rd before a holiday. They stayed open till 4. The only Salvage yard I'll go to. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. A+ business!

I have gone to them 3 times. My first 2 times the person i spoke to on the phone was always rude for no reason. I figured what ever I know customer service can be hard. This last time was actually a pleasant conversation on the phone. The problem comes in that they had 4 hours to pull the part (20 minute job) and know I was coming from almost 2 hours away yet they couldn't even let me know that the part they had turned out wasnt good and I waisted 4 hours for nothing.

I picked up parts from the nearest point to me. Thanks guys, saved me several hrs. Good parts, and everything fit.

I Bought some parts from here to fix my Truck. They have good quality parts and they gave me a good deal on an assortment of parts. They were also kind enough to lift off my old truck bed and sit my newly purchased bed on my frame so I could make the drive to NC easier. Since my truck was on a trailer I was pulling; space was limited. Good people to work with. I have recommended them to many people on various groups online.

I would like to start off by saying I don't leave negative reviews, but in this case it must be done. I would hate to anyone else get mislead or miss treated by Arthur at Allied Auto Wrecking. I am another Salvage yard and sent out a request looking for a transmission. Arthur quoted me $875 laid. ( laid is a term which means shipped to your door). A day later Arthur messages me and says the shipping has doubled. I called Arthur directly to try to work something out possibly splitting the shipping. I was told that it was going to cost me an additional $125. Arthur said they would not eat $125 or work with me on the shipping take it or leave it. I have been in business for over 26 years and have never been treated like this. I would like to warn all consumers not to buy anything from them. After being treated like this I am very great full that I didn't order the transmission from them, I couldn't imagine what would have happen if there was a problem with this transmission with in its warranty period. Please see the attached copy of our conversation. I deal in facts not feelings. If you need parts you should try car-part this deals with thousands of salvage yards so you don't have to be miss treated or mislead by Arthur at Allied auto wrecking. Arthur's poor attitude is what gives the auto salvage business a bad reputation.

I had an amazing experience at Ken’s They didn’t happen to have the part I was looking for but they made sure they found it for me..Such pleasant people to talk to and answered all your questions.. I had called and stopped at a few other places and they didn’t want to help or made you wait and was just plain rude so I will be use Ken’s all the time.. You can’t find good service or people to help anymore so it was so nice to go there and get such good service And he has the cutest black puppy ❤️❤️thank yo so much for all you do Will be back again

Went there for a rim on a Saturday, around noon, was told "yep, we have it...." But, I would have to come back in 2 days because no-one was there to "take it off the car". As I noticed a total of 3 other employees behind the counter with this person.........👍👍

Ron was very helpful in my situation he was able to take time and see if he had a back bumper for a 2007 Toyota rav 4 was very respectful as well forget the other gentlemen’s name he brought me right to the car and gave me a great price and was able to help me out today thank you guys so much I really do appreciate it a lot it really means a lot to me.
