I generally tend to list both pros and cons in almost of my review to provide a fair assessment for service/product I purchase. For the first time I am struggling to find anything negative about this company. Seriously, they impressed me from the beginning to end. It was easy to set up an online appointment. They gave me a free and reasonable estimate. They made my junk disappear in matter of seconds (no pun intended) . Conducted business in friendly and professional manner. They are a 5 star business and will definitely recommend their service. Couldn't be more satisfied!

I've been to a couple of salvage yards, and this place is a much better place to get good, used quality parts. Most of the other salvage yards just aren't as helpful finding the part ur looking for, for instance, here at Brown's if they don't have what you're looking for they get on the computer and try to locate the part somewhere else and if they find at no extra cost it gets shipped to them or for a little extra shipped to your address other salvage yards nope don't have it and if u ask if they no where else you could find it they get upset. Long story short, if you're looking for any part, skip the hassle and stop by or call Brown's

So I call on Sunday at 09:15 and Dakota asked the phone very professionally and told me he was by himself so he put me on a small hold to finish with the customer before me. I called about a pressure tube for my Chevy pickup. Not only did the phone disconnect Dakota went out of his way to find and call me back to let me know that he has it in his hands. I’m very pleased with how this gentleman works. This is why I do business within advance auto parts

This is now the third car that we have bought from PAYA's. Their sales staff was completely professional and showed us the vehicles that were in the price range that we were looking for. After making a decision, they told us what the issues were with the car and the repairs that were made that made it completely reliable. Their warranty for a used car is as good as any and they have always stood behind their sales with excellent service should anything go wrong. If you want honesty and credibility dealing with a car dealer, this is the place to go. The other huge benefit is their service department that is as reputable as any that you will find at a reasonable rate. So when things do go wrong, I have never been dissatisfied with their repairs, price and availability to get it done reasonably soon.

So lucky to have a great parts store like this in town. Great customer service and I am always able to get exactly what I need.

I travel all over the country and I'm in and out of countless architectural salvage places ( I renovate and build specialty projects for clients). This one is hands down the most overpriced salvage place I've ever seen. If you dropped the prices by half it would be worth a look, but as is it's not worth your time in my opinion. They are counting on you not knowing what you're looking at.

Bolduc’s is easy and amazing to work with! The storage containers are clean and nice and the prices are reasonable too! I always bring my metal recycling to them too and get the best pricing around.

This store is fantastic. Solid selection for sure, but it's the customer service that's second to none! I went in desperately needing a change in my driver's side headlight, but my 8-month-old son is feeling under the weather and I wanted to make sure I could watch him. The employee here was more than happy to install the new headlight for me and did so with a smile. Amazing service. Best auto parts store in the area with the best staff!

What an awesome experience! This place has all the right kind of stuff and the right kind of people! We own a Saab and nobody up and down the state of VT has any parts fitting our car. The second I called in this morning, he invited me right down and said that he had a bunch! What an amazing guy, with wonderful service! I will definitely be thinking of Allen's Salvage when I need anything else!

I own an auto body collision shop in South Glens Falls, New York, I had to make a trip over to Vermont to get a couple parts that were hard to find. Pricing was great and the two women at the counter were even better ;)
