I generally tend to list both pros and cons in almost of my review to provide a fair assessment for service/product I purchase. For the first time I am struggling to find anything negative about this company. Seriously, they impressed me from the beginning to end. It was easy to set up an online appointment. They gave me a free and reasonable estimate. They made my junk disappear in matter of seconds (no pun intended) . Conducted business in friendly and professional manner. They are a 5 star business and will definitely recommend their service. Couldn't be more satisfied!

1-800-GOT-JUNK was timely, quick, and professional. They were able to move my stuff out the same day as my estimate which was great! They gave me a heads up before they came and worked with me a bit because I wasn't home yet and they would have been early. They performed their job quickly and with a good sense of humor. I will definitely use them again for any of my junk moving needs and I recommend them to anybody thinking about using their services! I am very satisfied with their hard work!

Used these guys on a few occasions now. Im the guy who brings home free side of the road stuff and then scrambles, ends up paying to get rid of it 🤣 and every time ive used these folks they have been on time. Today we were in a odd predicament as far as cost/what they were picking up. The two guys who came out offered to call their boss to see what they can do. And we worked out a win-win. I will continue to use these folks and reccomend giving them a try!

I called 1-800-Got-Junk in mid morning, and two guys with the big blue truck we’re out at my house at 12:30 – dang! They were swift, efficient, courteous, professional, thoroughly satisfactory. The completed job came to half the price of what I’d been quoted by another junk removal service. Wow! Just great!
