Called yesterday and gave me a price, spoke with Josh, very friendly and knowledgeable. Called me this morning and was here within the hour. If I EVER neer a car removed again I will DEFINITELY be calling them!!!! And will be referring them to anyone in need of there services!!!

I arrived there at 11:00 on a weekday. Guy in the driveway saw me pull in, then just walked into his house without saying anything. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I'm guessing my cash was no good. Behavior like that makes things very strange for a potential customer. 🤔

I recently went to scrap a 94 Acura legend L according to Google the curb weight is 3,560lb for the automatic. Well the original price i was quoted was 9$ per 100 pounds. With that being said my check shouldve came out to 320.40$. Well the check they wrote me for was 3,480lb and they dropped the price of the car per pound because supposedly I said there was miscellaneous nuts and bolts in the trunk. The check that was written out to me was only for 278.00 He asked if there were any tree branches or bricks I replied "no sir just miscellaneous metal" meaning random nuts and bolts. so I go back inside to ask if and why I was only paid partial. He said because I had scrap metal in the trunk. Then he proceedes to say "that's not how it works" after I asked him if he could go and look at what I was referring to. If I was to have scrap metal in the trunk of my car wouldn't the weight of the vehicle be way over the curb weight. I came out less than the actual curb weight. I'm a honest god fearing man and I just try and be honest. This today was not a honest business transaction. If I were to make a scene in that office then they would have involved authorities so I'm trying to go about it the white way. Please could the owner or supervisor contact me.

Decent place people are good and the prices are decent I bought a new motor for my truck he gave me a good deal and pulled it for me he also helped load it with his forklift into an SUV lol. Only complaint was he was a little late to pull ithe motor like 1.5 days later then expected. Wasn't much of an issue it just slowed things down a little I would shop here again

The fact that they have a database and electronic look-up system is such a huge help. Some of these negative reviews are perhaps a little unjustified. This is a salvage yard, not a target, or an auto parts store. I’ve had great experiences with the staff (being polite and recognizing that the staff aren’t the CEOs of the company can go a long way). For finding hard-to-source and discontinued parts, it’s awesome. They fact that you are allowed to physically acquire parts is pretty uncommon and shouldn’t be taken for granted. How could you not love the experience of finding your own parts?

I rarely write reviews but I was so amused by some of the ridiculous reviews and my experience with Carolina Wrecking was so good that I felt obligated to share. I was in need of a fender for a 20 year old Honda with a specific paint code. Carolina Wrecking was the only salvage yard within driving distance with the part I needed. I called yesterday and the helpful lady who answered the phone verified the part I needed was available. I began the over three hour drive this morning and called two hours before arriving to let them know I was coming so they could pull the part. I also asked to see the headlight, although I wasn't sure I wanted to purchase. When I arrived they had the parts ready to go and were kind enough to include the inner fender liner for free. The headlight was in great condition with none of the plastic tabs being broken off. I could not ask for a better experience. I highly recommend.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed a hood and headlight for my vehicle and I was unable to make it for pickup during their business hours. They helped me with arranging after hour/weekend pickup and I cannot thank Dom enough!!! He absolutely went above and beyond. I was able to get it installed next day and everything works as designed. I have zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend Kannapolis Auto Parts. Thank you guys so very much!!

Horrible Company sent me the wrong. Transmission doesn’t have one to exchange offered half the price I paid in store Credit was very nasty. Do not do business with this company and here is a tip do not pay cash because it will be less willing to help you out at all

I needed a new starter and a battery and the Manager, Josh took my vehicle information and found the parts I needed. The process was very quick and smooth and he was very helpful, polite and informative! I will be back for any other car needs and I would very much recommend this place to anyone I know and I will make sure to send them right to him!

The worst place I have ever been. They listed a 2017 front bumper assembly for $450.00 as an A Grade part with no damage. I called the lady and agreed to pay $450.00 for the whole bumper assembly as listed and she agreed. I drove 2 hours one way and came to pick up the part, they took me to the lot and I found the lower bumper cover was hanging tear down and not usable at all. The man on yard and the lady at the front desk were very disrespectful. They wasted my whole day. Don’t trust this place and don’t waste your time at all.

They sell you the wrong part then won't own up to it. The last time I buy anything from them. A waste of my time. Thanks guys.

Today I went to buy two exhaust tips, That I cut with a battery powered saw at the weld seems. The cashier try to charge me $14.99 twice $33.xx something odd dollars with tax. I know I informed her that both of the tips together was less than a foot. She stated that is two separate parts. If you look at the price list exhaust tip is not a part. Therefore is charged by the foot. i.e. exhaust "per foot (on the price list). It was the little white chick that drive the wannabe Barbie Jeep - - whom use to to drive a white 2008ish suburban. My point of reference is for me to know all this I'll probably been going here a long time - to have observed. Watch how you treat loyal customers.
