Called ahead to make sure a part was available. The staff were super friendly and took us out to the car to look at the part we needed. Once we said yes to the part we went back to the office and within 15 minutes they had pulled the part and were ready to help load it.

I called ahead to confirm whether brokers were accepted and was told yes. The following day, I received an email stating that they do not work with brokers. This resulted in unnecessary delays and wasted time. Clear and consistent communication is important, and if brokers are not accepted, that should be stated upfront.

Ordered an instrument cluster from them. It came in a soda can box (Sprite, not joking) with no protection. We found pieces of the mounting points inside the box. When it arrived damaged and unusable, they stated they do not refund money for parts. Will never do business with this company again and would advise any one against using them. There are plenty of other vendors out there that stand behind their products. I still can not believe it showed up in a soda can box, as if shoe boxes are so hard to come by.
