I called and asked if they had a part, and luckily the guy on the other end told me yes. quoted me a reasonable price as well. Drive thirty minutes to be told it was already sold... I know though that it was more than likely an inventory tracking issue. wasted my time and gas. Good prices, just make sure they verify they have something before you waste your time going out there.

The communication was excellent. They even delivered my part. The only problem was they quoted me an engine and then when it was time for delivery that engine had been sold. They had another in stock for a tad more $.

Very nice and responsive when I called about them handling something. I was three hours away and trying to handle something in Morganton. Robert was able to help and did exactly what he promised.

Worst service ever. Drove 3.5 hours to buy a door that they said was black and in great shape. Stressed we were coming because it was black...had already bought a blue door previously but wanted black to avoid painting. Got there and it was gray. After trying to convince us it was black someone finally admitted it was gray. Solution offered to me was let me give you a little discount. No thanks. Called back to speak to a manager and was told well if it were me you were talking to I would have walked out and verified color. All I could do was laugh at that point because of course I asked that before traveling that far. Was told to call back in 15 min to make sure it was black. My guess is they never even looked. Asked options to try to find a black door. I was directed several more hours away. Could not get there by 5. Had already used a half of day of vacation to go there. I would think after such a huge mistake someone would do their best to get me a black door. I was sadly mistaken. Was told they would keep looking and get back with me......been 1 month and not one phone call to say hey sorry about the mishap..this is what I found.

They don't seem very concerned about your tires. It was the best price for scrap around, but I had to go back the next day for my cash. The people at the scale were super friendly. It's one loop so especially with a trailer, if someone is unloading your going to be stuck waiting. I'm sure I'll return but you have to be very careful to swerve the metal in the dirt.

All holidays have a make up day for collection. The schedule is available online and is also on voicemail prior to the holiday. The last increase was 6 years ago and is not 12%, it is less than 10%. Recycle has been a free service to FCD customers. If the holiday falls on a recycle day and being that we are a smaller company we previously did not have the resources to collect the recycle. The trash has always been collected. Currently we are now able to collect both trash and recycle on the same day therefore no missed recycle will occur due to holidays.

Towed my car in my apartment complex despite me having parking passes to validate my right to park there. 250$ to get my car back. Super shiesty business, drove away and wouldn’t give me a receipt.

Very unprofessional made arrangements to get pay my car note. Which I was gonna be a week late I was behind months or anything so I told them I can pay it the following Wednesday when I got paid it wasn’t even noon when he repo it i called them to find out what happen to the arrangement we talked about about through text messages just last week. Office help couldn’t give me reasonable answer. Only thing she kept saying people lies to us all the time. But I didn’t lie I made arrangements to pay you next Wednesday and it Wednesday. She very unprofessional got loud with me talking who gonna pay my bills and my kids I’m like you the only person who have bills and kids I work an arrangement with you and you guys did the opposite. Then she hung up on me. When I went to get my belongings out the car I wasn’t rude I was over it . Then he (Mark) proceeded to walk towards me he pop the hood and starting to look at the car. Then he looked towards me and say if you ever want another car come see us. Umm no sir thank you. I honestly recommend you to look elsewhere.

This copart sold me a "rebuildable" title vehicle, I spent money fixing the vehicle, then when I went to the DMV I was told it was in fact a "Junk" title, therefore never allowed to be on the road again. So basically, I was scammed by copart, when I called I was told sorry, nothing we can do. Stay away from copart! Total scam artists, just trying to steal money from unsuspecting people!

We purchased a 2016 Mitsubishi lancer motor 90k miles used on 11-15-2024 from Speedy's auto salvage. The motor is in and runs flawlessly. This company is great to work with probably one of the best I've ever dealt with. We paid a few days ahead, informed them we would pick up the motor in a few days on Friday. They are fantastic as it was ready and waiting for us that day. They clean the motors, and all the open radiator connections were plugged off with a cap. I also manually turned the crankshaft over with a long socket wrench and it felt pretty smooth no issues. They loaded it onto my pickup and help us secure it down to get it back home. The mechanic we used was thoroughly impressed with the motor and condition when he saw it. He installed the motor with new hoses, serpentine belt, radiator, plugs, oil and etc! This engine runs beautifully and should last for at least 100,000 plus miles with regular maintenance. We can't thank Speedy's enough for a reliable motor, great price, and the customer service we received from them. We will if needed in the future use them again and highly recommend them to any and all our friends. Thanks again for a great experience your awesome! 🇺🇲👍👍👍

Andinos is one of the best scrap yard in charlotte. I came in late one day and they had one more person who was already walking out and they were nice enough to take me in . they are very friendly people always go out their way to make sure that customer is satisfied with there experience at andinos.
