I called in order to ask some questions regarding their service and capabilities as recommended by their website. The individual who answered was exceedingly rude and was barely able to answer my questions. After managing to get my core issue answered, the individual on the other end started insulting me before they even managed to hang up completely. I'm only giving them two stars because I haven't actually used their facilities, though this experience has certainly made that an unlikely outcome.

They made a good offer on my car I was happy with and they were very prompt after receiving the phone call that my car needed picked up. Great company would call them again!!

Never ever made a complaint in my life but I am extremely disappointed & my experience with this company was not good. Called in for a part for a car that they have, lady rushed me off the phone being completely rude and did not even give a chance to know what car part I was talking about. They have the car there and she did not even look up the car part with me presenting my own car part to them. Front desk was Non-Chalant and Not knowledgeable about cars what so ever. Again came in with current parts in hand, the same rude lady communicated with the other “This is the guy that called in about that car”, indicating she didn’t want to help me out really. Would not recommend them. If I could I would love to speak with a manager! You don’t treat people like that💯

Very disappointed. Went out here looking for some parts for my saab as he has quite a few. wanted $50 for one sun visor (they're $7-$15 at most places) $200 for a bumper (a new one is $170) and refused to sell you actual parts for the car, only entire pieces at ridiculous prices. Like others have said, service wasn't great, the two guys that work there aren't super helpful and after the sheer ridiculous prices alone I'd discourage anyone visiting here. Go to Jack's used parts, two lights up the road, amazing friendly service, and won't rob you blind. Also, this guy has like maybe 30 cars total, vs Jacks having an entire field of vehicles both foreign and domestic.

Brought my Mercedes c63 amg and my BMW 335i to them. Very very glad I did. Very knowledgeable staff and had both of my vehicles running to full potential when 3 other shops (you know who you are) did nothing but make the issues worse. Thank you Chris and other staff for excellent customer service and awesome work completed. I will be sending anyone I can there and will back if I have any more issues!!!!

Bill has been in the parts business almost as long as I have been alive. These guys are honest, locally owned, and will do everything in their power to get you the right parts the first time. Highly recommended.

Gary i believe his name was, was very rude. I informed him of a vehicle I needed towed an salvaged and he informed me his tow truck was not working at the moment and was extremely impatient.. I definitely DO NOT recommend this business. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

Needed brake fluid cap for Kia couldn't find anywhere. Went there owner gave it to me. Dealer wanted $20. Thanks I had no money.

Called to get a quote to get rid of a car. Agreed upon a price of $150. He said he would have a tow truck to pick it up between 4:30-5:00. I had to make a special trip because i had just moved and had to get the car out that day. Well I called back at 5:20 and he said there was no way he could pick it up today. Completely wasted my time. Called another company got more money and better service

Excellent service! Very polite workers and they pulled the part we needed very quick! We drove a little over an hour and called before hand. Part was just as described. Will be back again if needed!

No wait. Friendly staff. Picked up a rv that I won with a pre bid. The copart transporter app made it a easy smooth process. Great experience all around!
