When I called, the woman was very patient. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The first company I called were nice, but seemed hurried to get my information. Their price was originally lower than junk yard boys. After I hung up with junk yard, the first company called back with a little more $. I decided to go with junk yard because of their phone conversation. Whe the car was picked up as scheduled, the gentleman was polite, professional and made me feel confident I made the right choice.
