I sent my daughter there 2 times today. First trip she was paid 10 cents a pound for the same identical scrap that she took in on the second trip. Not to mention they were trying to have her unload her cooper brass radiators fo 10 cents a pound too. Oh yeah they even kept her boyfriends drivers license. The place needs some help!

Took in way over 200 lbs more like 400. Had a cast iron table with four chairs the chairs alone weighed 20 to 25 lbs a piece and had 6. I had a stove and much other metals. I was goin to seperate clean from unclean yet have dealed with that b4. A spanish american who cant speak english writes unclean no matter what. I emptied my truck went back to scale and they said 204 lbs. I said there is no way. They said load it up again and we will weigh it. Ya im sure that people will do that when you have industrial vehicles pushing and picking it up constantly. WoW BEWARE

THE STEEL YARD IS PRETTY GOOD TO DEAL WITH BUT THE PEOPLE IN THE NON FERROUS METAL YARD ARE HARD TO DEAL WITH THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR ANYONE AND YOU JUST GET ATTITUDE AND LOW BALLED ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE A CUSTOMER COMING IN WITH HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN DIFFERENT MATERIALS

How could it have been unclean, when there was NO glass,plastic,wood,etc. anything,but METAL! The man signing the tickets did not even look to see what I had,but yet he signed it"unclean"! ??? I have several more loads of scrap to haul in and if I receive this kind of treatment, I will take this complaint process to a much higher level. This is totally unacceptable.
