If you don't believe the bad reviews just weigh your load elsewhere before selling it to them. Somehow it will be 30% lighter by the time you get it there. I looked into the owners of this place (after getting cheated by them) and found that they have a reputation as scam artists.

I took a clean load in they told me it was dirty I asked what made it dirty I even had a manager come out to explain and he pointed out a steal rim made it dirty everything he pointed out was metal all I have to say is good luck getting a honest and fair price

I mean, it's a scrap yard. The staff was nice enough, but the signage and instructions were terrible.
